What is a Preferred Selected Supplier or PSS?<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Our company uses the term Preferred Selected Supplier or PSS to identify companies that comprise the various categories of contractors, vendors and suppliers that are needed to develop our Music City projects around the World.\u00a0 Please see below for a \u201crepresentative sample\u201d of the types of contractors, vendors and suppliers required.<\/p>\n

In the simplest of terms, our PSS program is a loan participation program structured with contractors, vendors and suppliers in exchange for them receiving an \u201cexclusive no-bid contract\u201d.\u00a0 It is usually during the early stages of our project development that we enter into agreements with our PSS\u2019s.<\/p>\n
