Our company uses the term Preferred Selected Supplier or PSS to identify companies that comprise the various categories of contractors, vendors and suppliers that are needed to develop our Music City projects around the World.  Please see below for a “representative sample” of the types of contractors, vendors and suppliers required.

In the simplest of terms, our PSS program is a loan participation program structured with contractors, vendors and suppliers in exchange for them receiving an “exclusive no-bid contract”.  It is usually during the early stages of our project development that we enter into agreements with our PSS’s.

The PSS program works as follows:

1. TWC first identifies a need for a specific scope of construction services, program management services, products, or goods or services required for one of its destination resorts.
2. Instead of following a more traditional process of issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP), we specifically seek out contractors, vendors and suppliers that “might have” an interest in becoming a Preferred Selected Supplier.
3. A company is determined viable as a PSS in one of two ways:
   a.  Through an interview or;
   b.  Based on a referral.
