How does the PSS program work?

The PSS program works as follows:

  • TWC first identifies a need for specific scope of construction services, program management services, products, or goods or services required for one of its destination resorts.
  • Instead of following a more traditional process of issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP), we specifically seek out contractors, vendors and suppliers that “might have” an interest in becoming a Preferred Selected Supplier.
  • A company is determined viable as a PSS in one of two ways:
    a. Through an interview or:
    b. Based on referral.
